The rubber is thick & durable, seems to be pretty good quality. Unfortunately, It is the wrong one for me. I have not been able to use it yet. However, I would recommend as long as it is the accurate size.

This combo seals fit my Heartland perfectly. The adhesive was stronger than the one I bought in store; I did put in a few screws as my previous rubber also had some.
The instruction manual was quite informative. I didn't purchase the combo kit with sealants, which I think would be my next buy. I had to purchase sealants on my own. Sealants would prevent leaks and increase lifespan of the rubbers.
I would carefully compare the size and dimension of your rv rubber before buying. I made this mistake with other rubbers before.

You know campers... Even the expensive ones are built like it was a competition to see just how little money and effort they could put into constructing it.My 2018 Forest River has a large slide out which was never right from Day One.I had 2 warranty repairs, and they never really fixed it, but I wanted to camp, so I did what they hoped I'd do... I just accepted it, and camped away.It's bothered me ever since, and My father and I recently tore apart the outer frame of the slide out, and re-fabricated a new one which actually closed flush.I needed a new wiper, and figured I'd go with a bigger seal as well.This kit came with everything we need to finish the job.The wiper itself is nice, because instead of just being stapled on, it fastens to a metal lip, which makes it much more positionable.The quality looks to be excellent, and it's definitely a little bit more pliable than the cheap wiper that was on it.Buying all of the items in this kit separately would end up costing about $15 more from what I've seen, unless I wanted to wait for a while for a "non-prime" delivery, so all in all, the price is decent!It's a great set which will definitely make one of the least enjoyable projects you could do RV wise, slightly less miserable.If your wiper, or seal is the more rigid type, and you've either got leaves and debris, a draft, or worse yet water coming in, this is the stuff you need to remedy the situation.This, and a couple of buddies to help out, as an extra set of hands goes a long way when sealing a slide out.

Worked Great just like factory!!!
Easy to install, function same as original parts. Price is way better than the RV dealer, seems to function the same. The factory seals completely failed within 5 years, at the price of these vs the dealer even replacing them in half the time it is still a savings, although they seem like they will last longer than the original parts.
Very easy to put on. Once I cleaned and put it on I closed the slide to keep pressure on it.

The sticky strip for attaching is not sticky enough to stay in place.We had to add other resources to keep it in place.
Great seal but the tape sucks! Had to go buy 3m tape is why they only got 3 stars
Very poor. The glue on the mounting tape strip was completely dried out. I had to buy 3m double sided mounting tape in order apply the gasket to my RV Slide out room. Maybe that's what happens when these products sit on the shelf for a long time. Just giving everyone a heads up. Be prepared to buy your own mounting tape if you use this product.
Easy to install if you meticulously clean the surface of all dirt, caulk, and old adhesive. I recommend using trim adhesive to help bond the blade wiper to the sidewall.

item came quickly. I had to return it since my trailer used a different type of seal. No problems on the return.
